The Path of the Healer
Everyone has to start somewhere, and it was the same with my journey! I began learning how to recognize and use wild medicinal plants over thirty years ago, and it was a magical journey curing different ailments, and finding out how plants can help us all! Check out the stories of plantain, yarrow and boneset and hear how you can become a healer too!

Wildflower Nature Journal
Each wildflower is part of a whole family of related plants, with a unique role in our ecosystems, helping animals and insects with food and pollen and all kinds of other benefits. This month's journal is all about getting started in learning how to identify them and start noticing their cool details, too!
The Wildflower Press How-to Video
Pressing wildflowers is a great way to preserve flowers and begin using them when they are dry for making beautiful art, adorning your nature journals or making cards, too! Here's how to get started!
Making Wildflower Seed Balls Activity
I've been super busy this week so I am posting a video from a nature center that will demonstrate how easy it is to make these seed bombs or balls! She also shares different ways that seeds are dispersed in our environment, and how different plants are adapted to grow and spread and multiply. Check it out!
